Halparth
Let it be known that I am not fond of bugs (Especially spiders) and that carries over to a degree concerning my tastes in Zoid models. However, for Halparth and
Spear Wing, I make a big exception. In pictures, these little guys looked... dare I say, cute? So I ordered some along with a friend of mine and several weeks later, I had
two bug Zoids. I was not disappointed in the cute department. The main gimmick of them, I suppose, is to act as semi- CP kits for other Zoids. They can also be put together with other Custom Blox, but I think I like
them quite a bit as they are. Spear Wing, Halparth, and Dead Buster in particular can all be combined to form a
GIANT ENEMY CRABcrab-like Zoid. And if I had known, I probably
would have gotten a Dead Buster. But anyways, Halparth is nonmotorized obviously, but eight legs and a flexible torso give you plenty of options for poses. Like
hanging off laptops and looking at papercraft Metal Gears,
dancing to
Jashin Fukkatsu battle music, the list goes on. Unfortunately, these little guys were sold out in a lot of places extremely fast, so you'll probably be a bit hard pressed to find them.
But seriously, they don't/shouldn't cost all that much, so you have no excuse not to buy one :p.
