E-Hobby Valga
Valga is a really cool model, perhaps one of these coolest new models I've seen thus far. Most of its coolness comes from its movement gimmick. It literally rolls around to move. When you wind it up, it goes through a cycle of scrunching up just like a real pillbug/rolly-polly/whatever term you like, then a spring activates a plastic peg, which propels the model forward into a somersault. Really fun to watch. This is the E-Hobby version of Valga, which was a limited edition offered on the Japanese E-Hobby website. The only difference between this model and the regular version is the color- white, blue, and grey for this one (Republic color scheme?) and black, grey, and purple on the regular one (Empire color scheme?). However, a domestic store had the limited editions for the right price, so I grabbed one.
